What we collect. Name, email, and order/subscription details. Payments are processed by our PCI‑compliant provider (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.

How we use data. To fulfill purchases, provide support, send account or transactional emails, and comply with legal obligations.

Data sharing. Service providers (e.g., payment processing and analytics) under contract; we do not sell personal data.

Your choices. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing Admin@justicefitness.org.

Terms of Service

• Services. Fitness coaching and digital programs as described on our site.
• Subscriptions. Billed monthly until canceled. You may cancel any time from your account or by contacting support; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Health disclaimer. Information provided is for educational purposes and is not medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program.
• Eligibility. You affirm you are at least 18 or have parental consent.
• Fair use. Accounts are for a single individual; sharing access is prohibited.
• Jurisdiction. Governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States.

Refunds

• Coaching & digital products. Non‑refundable once delivered, unless required by law. If something is wrong, contact support within 7 days and we’ll work to make it right.

No shipping: We currently do not sell physical goods.
